What People Are Saying …
“Chloe is an outstanding educator, delivering a wholistic approach to her coaching. She is one of those people who you treasure to have had in your child’s life journey. She has, and is, providing our son with a positive influence through those important pre-adolescent years, where mentorship can shape the young person they become.
Chloe has coached our son for several years on his journey from primary to high school. Through our son's swimming participation and with Chloe’s guidance, he has not only enjoyed and valued his sessions, he has gained skills for life, including equipping him with resilience, confidence and goal setting. Chloe has played a significant part in this.
With a child’s ever changing physical development, the swim sessions with Chloe have been beneficial in providing an individualised skill specific focus. Chloe has encouraged him to work towards personal excellence and supported him to thrive in the competitive swim world.”~ Renee Vassiliou
“I’ve been so lucky to have had Chloe coaching my daughter for almost two years now. In that time, her swimming has improved significantly, which has been amazing to watch, but what stands out even more is how much she genuinely loves going to training. She never wants to miss a session, and that comes down to the environment Chloe creates.
Chloe strikes the perfect balance between hard work and maintaining a positive, age-appropriate approach. She keeps sessions structured and purposeful while still making them fun and engaging for young kids. Her passion for what she does really shows.
What I really love is her focus on technique and the way she gives feedback. She explains things in different ways until it clicks, which has made such a difference to my daughter’s confidence and understanding. She also places a strong emphasis on the process rather than just results, which I believe is so important at this age.
We’ve done both squad sessions and private lessons, and both have been fantastic. Even in a squad environment, she makes a real effort to individualise feedback wherever possible. I couldn’t recommend Chloe more highly.”

“My daughter was a reasonably fast swimmer but I felt that she could do with some technique improvement. She began private lessons with Coach Chloe Innes around two months ago, early February 2026.
There has been a major change in my daughter’s attitude to training, along with consistently improving lap times.
My daughter recently broke 3 club records, and won 3 medals at the State Junior Championships, and won her 3 races in the A Division at her inter-school swimming carnival.
Chloe’s approach is professional, caring and supportive. I feel that without the coaching my daughter received from Chloe, she would not have progressed as quickly as she has.
I highly recommend Chloe if your child wants to go to the next level.”

“We cannot recommend Coach Chloe enough. Our son BJ has been coached by Chloe for over 2 years now, and in that time we have seen tremendous improvements in his technique. Under Chloe, BJ has secured 4 silver and 2 bronze medals at the Junior State Champs. He used to be just a breaststroker, but has experienced massive improvements across all strokes, including freestyle, backstroke and fly. He is now right into Individual Medleys due to this. Chloe explained to us when BJ first started with her that she would strip all his bad habits down in his freestyle and he would initially be slower before he becomes faster. She was right!! You have to trust her process. It works! Chloe really connects well with children and creates a safe, trusting, disciplined and supportive environment. Chloe is firm and strict, but very encouraging at the same time, and ensures that kids are learning the proper techniques. She is great at explaining proper breathing and body rotation in a way that clicks with BJ and the junior swimmers. Chloe really cares for the swimmers. She puts a lot of her heart and soul into the swimmers, including my son, to becoming the best that they can be. She also always reminds them that it is not always about chasing medals, but being the best swimmer version that you can be.”
